Job Description

  1. Present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other food service establishments.
  2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  3. Reach out to potential customers through networking and referrals to generate leads and expand customer base.
  4. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned territory or market segment.
  5. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  7. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to secure profitable deals and maximize sales revenue.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
  9. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
  10. Stay informed about product updates, new launches, and promotions, and effectively communicate them to customers to drive sales and generate interest.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales not less than 4 years preferably in the F&B industry or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, objection handling, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
