Job Description
- Present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other food service establishments.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Reach out to potential customers through networking and referrals to generate leads and expand customer base.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to secure profitable deals and maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
- Stay informed about product updates, new launches, and promotions, and effectively communicate them to customers to drive sales and generate interest.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales not less than 4 years preferably in the F&B industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
