Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our raw material.
  • Monitor sales activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Establish sales goals and targets ,tracking progress and providing regular performance feedback.
  • Coordinate sales activities and initiatives with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to support business objectives and customer needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to top management, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic direction to support decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, monitoring competitive products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, and tools, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, as well as regulatory requirements related to sales activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, networking and building relationships to promote our brand and products.
  • Handle any other tasks related to his role.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the F&B industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends to drive business growth.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and objectives, and a willingness to take initiative and drive change.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
