Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer (Architecture) to join our growing team in a dynamic real estate development company. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in architectural design with strong proficiency in both 2D and 3D design tools. High-level visualization skills are essential, as you'll play a key role in translating architectural concepts into compelling and accurate design presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce 2D architectural drawings and technical details.
• Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with design, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
• Participate in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and presentation materials.
• Assist in reviewing architectural designs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers during the design and execution phases.
• Maintain documentation and drawing archives in an organized and accessible manner.
