Job Title: Admissions Executive (UK Student Recruitment)

About Platinum Services:

Platinum Services is a leading student recruitment agency specializing in helping students access higher education in the UK. Our new office in Egypt will focus on supporting UK home student recruitment, working closely with our UK-based team to ensure a seamless admissions process.

 

Role Overview:

The Admissions Executive will play a key role in supporting UK home student recruitment. The successful candidate will manage applications, liaise with prospective students, and ensure a smooth admissions journey from initial inquiry to enrollment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the UK team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Application Management:

• Handle student applications for UK universities, ensuring accurate and timely submission.

• Verify documentation, follow up on missing information, and maintain organized records.

Student Engagement:

• Respond to inquiries from prospective UK students via email, phone, and social media.

• Provide guidance on course selection, entry requirements, and application procedures.

Liaison with UK Team:

• Collaborate closely with the UK-based admissions and operations teams to coordinate application processes.

• Attend virtual meetings with the UK office to stay aligned on targets and procedures.

Reporting and Data Management:

• Track application progress and prepare regular reports for management.

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.

Event Participation:

• Support virtual open days, webinars, and recruitment fairs targeting UK home students.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with UK home student recruitment.

• Knowledge of UK higher education systems and entry requirements.

• Experience using CRM systems or admissions software.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Experience:

• 2-4 years experience in student admissions, recruitment, or a related field (preferably in UK higher education).

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

• Familiarity with UK university admissions processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field.
