Job Description
- The main objective of a Admission Assistant assisting applicants with the admissions process, reviewing enrollment applications for accuracy
- Assist with the processing of student applications, including reviewing documents, data entry, and d maintaining accurate records.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, or in-person regarding admission requirements, deadlines, and application procedures
- Support the preparation and distribution of admission materials and forms.
- Maintain and update student records in the admissions database.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating admission events such as fairs and open houses.
- Provide support in managing the application portal and ensure that all documents are complete.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
