Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent
experience).
Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding and industrial machinery.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, pumps, chillers, and automation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
Production Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize plastic injection molding processes to ensure high-quality
output. - Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques like 5S to streamline workflows.
- Assist in evaluating and upgrading machinery to enhance performance.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical
systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in injection molding machines, chillers,
pumps, and forklifts. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and recommend improvements.
