Capital CNC is seeking to hire a highly skilled External Procurement Specialist with the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement operations with international suppliers, especially in China.
• Handle dealings with international shipping companies and oversee sea and air freight processes.
• Prepare and manage all required import documentation in compliance with Egyptian customs regulations.
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate the best prices and quality.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in external procurement and import operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of import documentation (e.g., certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and bills of lading).
• Proven experience in working with international shipping companies and Egyptian customs.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
