Job Description
- Prepare the initial forecasting for the new products.
- Monitor and control inventory management to guarantee spare parts availability.
- Prepare the periodic spare parts rolling forecast.
- Follow up with spare parts suppliers to receive the spare parts order on time.
- Dispatch the spare parts to the service centers sub inventory to minimize the service order TAT.
- Follow the service operation team to receive the defected parts.
- Manage the ASPs and service technicians' consignments through the system.
- Set the storekeepers KPIs to achieve the service target KPIs.
- Regular update to the spare parts codes, price list and database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in similar field.
- Experience in home appliances field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- V. Good English proficiency.
