Job Description
- Execute daily sales activities by engaging and coordinating action plans determined by specific portfolio
management following standard sales procedures.
- Execute spare parts sales activities to ensure defined business performance portfolios are met by following established procedures along with portfolio management, whenever necessary.
- Implement established credit sales standards to ensure sustainable sales growth to assist management in determining market size and customer potential.
- Responsible for identifying and meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient service.
- Coordination with the Maintenance Manager and Branch Supervisor regarding field visits to customers.
- Send reports on daily sales performance to the Sales Supervisor to consolidate, review and take appropriate actions to manage the business portfolio.
- Receive customer complaints and raise unresolved issues that require support from managers to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist with year-end inventories and ensure they are conducted according to established processes and completed on time.
Job Requirements
- High qualification, preferably engineering
-Three years of experience in the field of auto spare parts, preferably Japanese, Korean or Chinese
- Knowledge of customer service delivery principles and processes.
- Preparing spare parts orders
- Spare parts pricing
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in English.
