This role involves selling original auto parts to both business-to-business (B2B) clients and end consumers (B2C) within our store. Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both B2B clients and individual car owners to foster repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range, including specifications, compatibility, and performance attributes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Order Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including order fulfillment, invoicing, and inventory management.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, leveraging your expertise and sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues in the store to optimize sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Familiarity with auto parts and components is essential.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of automotive systems, parts, and terminology. Proficiency in using computerized inventory systems and sales software.
Sales Abilities: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
