Job Description

  • Identify training needs using a structured methodology to assist in the design of tailored training and development programs.
  • Develop and design learning material, coordinate and review educational content, and incorporate the latest technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
  • Develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline.
  • Creates and enhances training material and presentations.
  • Apply learning models to structure content effectively.
  • Design and edit visual elements using Adobe Photoshop/Firefly/express to support learning materials.
  • Support multimedia production, including basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Write concise, learner-friendly content with attention to tone, clarity, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning products, meeting the expectations of them.
  • Ensure all learning solutions align with business goals and maintain a strong user experience.
  • Conduct testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve learning effectiveness.
  • Organize and upload content to the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provides feedback and required reports on necessary activities connected with assigned projects.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (Storyline 360 preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or After Effects)
  • Strong copywriting and content writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience uploading, organizing, and maintaining e-learning content.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (G-Suite) tools, including Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Excellent project management and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, showing high level of Ownership and Adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
