Job Description
● Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars for customers.
● Liaise with trainers, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure high-quality training delivery.
● Manage training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and technology setup.
● Track and maintain accurate records of employee participation, training completion, and certification status.
● Assist in the development and updating of training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
● Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations related to training and development.
● Prepare regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and return on investment for management review.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in (Human Resources, Economics and Political Science, Education, law, Business Administration, Accounting, Arts, healthcare management, Mass Communications, Foreign Languages, or a related field - preferred language of study (english - french)
● 2 to 7 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or a similar role.
● Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in coordinating both in-person and online training sessions.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
● Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
