Job Description
1. Design complete learning experiences and course structures.
2. Develop instructional materials, learner journeys, storyboards, and assessments.
3. Create quizzes, assignments, and interactive elements.
5. Apply adult learning principles and instructional best practices.
6. Ensure all content is optimized for LMS delivery.
7. Structure content into a clear, episode-based course format
8. Collaborate with instructors to finalize course flows and learning objectives
9. Guide media teams on video structure, instructor/screen visibility, and visual enhancements.
10. Oversee recording sessions, ensuring instructor presence, and alignment with course objectives.
Job Requirements
- BSc or BA from a recognized University.
- Military Status: Completed or Exempted.
- Experience in instructional design, especially for IT Training digital/online platforms
- Understanding of adult learning principles and course development strategies
- Hands-on knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, LearnWorlds, Teachable)
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across different projects
- Has the ability to be effective in communicating with others
- Patient and intelligent to solve problems
- Working under pressure
