Job Description
- Analyze content and define learning objectives using classifications such as Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Develop high-quality and innovative scenarios and storyboards.
- Review educational outputs and ensure their conformity with educational standards.
- Support and guide junior team members and provide technical advice.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with design, animation, and development teams.
- Suggest innovative ways to present content (e.g., educational games, augmented reality...).
- Follow up on modern trends in instructional design and apply them.
- Conduct precise quality reviews before delivering products.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to prioritize tasks and distribute work.
- Apply HSE regulations.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in any field + ITI certification is a must or Bachelor’s degree in education technology.
Experience
+2 years of experience as a Senior Instructional Designer or +4 years of experience as Instructional Designer is must
Languages
English Proficiency; Very Good (Read, Written and Spoken)
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and SAM.
- Good knowledge of Adobe design programs
- Gamification and game-based learning knowledge
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and others.
- Capability to review junior team members’ work and provide professional feedback.
- Strong skills in educational analysis and writing instructional scenarios.
- Occasionally participates in conducting workshops or internal training sessions for the team.
