Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging, learner-centric digital experiences.
Ensure all e-learning content is SCORM-compliant and meets both local and international standards.
Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve technical or usability issues.
Maintain and update existing e-learning courses to reflect new information, feedback, or technological advancements.
Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists to deliver cohesive learning solutions.
Document development processes and maintain organized project files for future reference.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning modules post-deployment.
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in e-learning technologies and instructional design.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows.

2-5 years of professional experience in e-learning development, with a focus on Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise.
Proven ability to create SCORM-compliant e-learning content.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in e-learning.
Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
