Job Description
The Business Manager is responsible for the overall operation, business development, and marketing activities of the assigned branch/Center.
Main duties and responsibilities include the following :
- General Administrative Support
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Represents the company at trade shows, meetings with new clients and other activities
- Preparing and submitting tenders (expressions of interest and proposals) in cooperation with consultants
- Working with team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company Marketing Role
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts as outlined by the management Sales Role
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Create a sales pipeline &negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development
- Gradual progress in positions
- Achiever and motivated
- Age is 30-35 years old
- Medical experience is preferable or similar business model.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive , operation manager or a relevant role and Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus, Communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain disciplined business atmosphere
