Job Description

The Business Manager is responsible for the overall operation, business development, and marketing activities of the assigned branch/Center. 

Main duties and responsibilities include the following :

  • General Administrative Support
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Represents the company at trade shows, meetings with new clients and other activities
  • Preparing and submitting tenders (expressions of interest and proposals) in cooperation with consultants
  • Working with team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company Marketing Role
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts as outlined by the management Sales Role
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Create a sales pipeline &negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Business Development
  • Gradual progress in positions
  • Achiever and motivated
  • Age is 30-35 years old
  • Medical experience is preferable or similar business model.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive , operation manager or a relevant role and Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus, Communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain disciplined business atmosphere
