Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Interpret and review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and streamline workflow.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and inspection records.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the procurement of construction materials and equipment, coordinating deliveries and inventory management.
- Support the implementation of project schedules, tracking milestones and reporting deviations to senior management.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
