Job Description
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in the Talent Acquisition team supporting interview scheduling, travel coordination, on-boarding logistics and administration on behalf of the Recruiters. In this role you will be interacting with various stakeholder groups, including Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers across multiple geographies in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, successful at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously, and possesses a strong customer/candidate focus, while being responsive and professional at all times.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the administration and coordination of the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.
- Coordinate all elements of candidate assessment coordination including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing, dial-in details, arranging testing, and candidate travel and expenses.
- Support with other administrative activities such as reporting, printing documentation, preparation of Interview guides, candidate correspondence, career events, and all other reasonable administration requests.
- Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time.
- Manage job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of the information displayed and brand image.

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes
- Strong technical and systems aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency to business proficiency level in (both oral and written) in English
- 1 working experience in HR or customer service, fresh graduates are fine as well.
