Job Description
- Handle customers inquiries.
- Provide customers with accurate information.
- Handle customers inquiries through CRM system.
- Cooperate with different departments considering the call center inquiries.
- Working Hours: 6 hours, ( 2 shifts: from 10.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. & 4.00 p.m. till 10.00 p.m.)
- Days Off: Fixed 2 days off.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any discipline, Fresh graduates are mostly welcomed.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Fifth Settlement \ Nasr City \ Heliopolis residents are preferable.
