Job Description
Users Support:
- Responding to around 300 users in 4 sites to quickly get to the root of their problems.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
IT Infrastructure
- Repairing and replacing All Site equipment’s (Servers- Computers – Access Points- IP Telephony - CCTV Cameras- Printers) as necessary.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Cybersecurity
- Manage responses to security incidents.
- Contributes to the execution of the cyber defense plan.
- Help the security officer in applying the group’s security rules
Job Requirements
- Education: Computer Science
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Customer Oriented
