Job Description

Users Support: 

  • Responding to around 300 users in 4 sites to quickly get to the root of their problems.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.

IT Infrastructure

  • Repairing and replacing All Site equipment’s (Servers- Computers – Access Points- IP Telephony - CCTV Cameras- Printers) as necessary.
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.

Cybersecurity

  • Manage responses to security incidents. 
  • Contributes to the execution of the cyber defense plan.
  • Help the security officer in applying the group’s security rules

Job Requirements

  • Education: Computer Science
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Customer Oriented
