Hardware Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• English must be fluent.
• Track and manage inventory levels of hardware components, including servers, CPU, Ram, Hard disk and other related equipment.
• Monitor and update inventory databases to ensure accurate stock counts.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate to place orders and manage delivery schedules.
• Search for the best prices for servers, switches and other parts.
• Perform regular inventory audits to verify stock levels.
• Generate inventory and order reports for management review.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding inventory and order status.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and prevent Stock outs.
• Answer inquiries when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, technological information, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in Hardware Support, order processing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and databases.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of hardware components and technical.

Preferred Skills:

• knowledge of the types of servers, their parts, method of installation and also knowledge of switches and transfers.
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
• Basic understanding of hardware and IT infrastructure.
