Job Description
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and network equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Respond to client requests and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Test and validate system functionality to ensure optimal performance
- Install and configure new hardware and software systems according to client requirements.
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain technical solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Document all interactions and service requests.
- Provide remote technical support to clients using remote desktop tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve remote system issues.
