Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Senior Microsoft Modern Workplaces Solutions Engineer to help grow our business with Microsoft's portfolio of products, including MS 365 apps, MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Viva, MS Intune, and MS Identity & Access Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions. This candidate will be hired in Egypt CoC and will play an integral role in contributing to market share growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer engagement from end-to-end, including architectural design, proof of concepts, and solutions management.
- Assist in developing business and growing the sales pipeline for Microsoft 365 for Cloud Productivity, Device Management, and Security solutions.
- Provide architecture design guidance and reviews.
- Design, build, implement, manage, and deploy Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including Audio and Video calls, Phone System, Direct Routing, and Call queues and auto attendants and related Security solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Adapt solutions to industry scenarios.
- Conduct demos and proof of concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions utilizing relevant technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Oracle OCI, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Design and develop software products from concept to launch, utilizing agile methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to meet those needs.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that solutions remain relevant and effective.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related position.
- Proven track record of leading customer engagement and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Strong knowledge of MS 365 apps, MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Viva, MS Intune, and MS Identity & Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, including Audio and Video calls, Phone System, Direct Routing, and Call queues and auto attendants.
- Experience in Audio and Video calls, Phone System: Adding calling plans to Teams, enabling users to make, receive, and transfer calls to and from landlines and mobile phones.
- Experience in Direct Routing: Connecting Teams to an existing phone system or PSTN using a Session Border Controller (SBC).
- Experience in Call queues and auto attendants: Setting up call routing, call queues, and auto attendants for efficient call handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In addition to the above qualifications, a successful candidate for this position will have:
- A deep understanding of the latest developments in the field of computer science.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Oracle OCI or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with agile methodologies and best practices.
