Job Description
1-Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
2-Maintain a positive attitude and friendly with clients and handle any situation or problem with clients.
3-Maintain established filing system for all correspondence and collate reports as required by Reservations Manager or Supervisor
5-Maintain an accurate room status at all times
6-Organize visa request for hotel guest as per hotel policy and up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified
7-Manage guest bookings and reservations
8-Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
9-Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
10-Train and coach front desk staff
11-Monitor and review guest feedback
Job Requirements
1-Bachelor degree in any related field
2- 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist
2- Excellent written and verbal English communication
3- strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials
