Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them the concerned employee or department.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all employees and visitors
- Enter customer data and send correspondence
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners' itineraries
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and equipment.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
- Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the Administrative Manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & Proven experience as receptionist or front desk agent.
- Females only.
- Excellent Command of English & MS Office Package.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Presentable appearance and attitude.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude.
