We are a B2B marketplace. We empower retailers by connecting them to hundreds of wholesalers, suppliers, and producing companies. Our aim is to enable retailers by providing them with easy price comparison, exclusive offers, and a seamless ordering and fulfillment experience through digitizing the traditional trade market.
"What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with accounts, stakeholders' key senior-level decision-makers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
- Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with Cartona's strategic objectives and target market segments.
- Identify, develop, and typically close new sales opportunities.
- Create demand for Cartona's products and services..
- Achieve revenue targets by increasing the GMV per account.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management 'accounts stakeholders' to understand their needs and link 'match' them to Cartona's product/service strategies.
- Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and solve operational issues between Suppliers, restaurants, and the company to maintain high service levels.
- Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential improvement.
- Work internally with the various departments to ensure all requirements of the brand are met.

- Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand through Excel and our system.
Job Requirements
Who Are You:
To excel in this role, you possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Connections in the corporate industry are a plus.
