Job Description
- - Inspecting and testing the products and overseeing the operations to ensure the products quality as per the standard.
- - Inspecting and testing powder coating raw materials.
- - perform the samples according to the given formulation.
- - Quality of produced samples..
- - HE&S. 6- Sustainability of 5S at Lab line area.
- . Lead the QC and R&D technicians.
- . Coordinate with QC team in inspecting and approving the raw materials by confirming specifications and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- . . Coordinate with QC team in inspecting in-process production by confirming specifications and measurement tests and communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor and/or the production engineer.
- . Coordinate with QC team in approving the finished products after confirming the specifications and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
- . Keeping the retain samples (powder & coated panels) for each batch.
- . Documenting inspection results by completing the reports on the IFS system & filling the report for each batch with all the notes.
- . Troubleshooting problems with equipment's, devices, or products
- . Coordinate with R&D team in Performing the tests on the received samples and comparing the given sample from the market with our generation.

- Support the mixing technician in the first production of each new development.
- . coordinate with the sales rep in receiving and delivering the samples.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a chemist
- Laboratory work is a plus
- Hands-on experience with spectrometry and chromatography instruments and techniques
- Good knowledge of laboratory health and safety standards
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Attention to detail
- BSc in Chemistry
