Job Description
El Sewedy Industries Group is looking for a skilled Lab Chemist professional to join our team in one of our companies in the Building Materials sector. If you are passionate about it, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and reports.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Collaborate with production teams to provide technical support and resolve quality-related issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Chemist in a chemical manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical testing methods, quality control, and laboratory safety procedures.
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments and analytical techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work on-site at Ain El-Sokhna. (Transportation Provided)
