Job Description
- Perform job duties with a thorough understanding of the group's vision, mission, strategic objectives, and within the framework of the law, internal regulations, quality policies, safety and environmental instructions. Maintain work and information confidentiality, fully commit to ethical principles and core values in transactions, adhere to the group's code of conduct, and practice mutual respect with colleagues, superiors, and subordinates.
- Calculate the necessary quantities of raw materials and production supplies required to execute the production plan and submit related reports.
- Monitor inventory balances of raw materials and production supplies and submit reports to ensure sufficient availability to execute the production plan.
- Track the implementation of procedures for the uninterrupted flow of production supplies between main and sub-warehouses and production lines.
- Propose modifications to the production plan based on updates or priorities of the sales plan (domestic and export).
- Issue and follow up on the execution of daily work orders for production departments according to schedules and priorities.
- Monitor the execution stages of the production plan to ensure meeting sales plan requirements.
- Monitor and calculate the quantities of raw materials used in production batches for all production departments.
- Compile data related to monthly production incentive ratios, including:
- Production plan efficiency and deviations, along with justifications for these deviations as reported by production departments.
- Quantitative matches between production quantities and equipment operating efficiency (production rates and times), and identify deviation percentages.
- Matches between raw materials and finished products, and determine operating loss percentages compared to allowed percentages.
- Undertake any tasks and assignments consistent with the nature of the job as directed by the direct supervisor, including:
- Following up on the overall execution of export orders.
- Following up on the execution of supply orders.
- Following up on the execution of care product orders.
- Monitor inputs into the electronic GP system for the latest status and ensure their accuracy, and optimize the utilization of the system and its reports.
- Work following industrial safety and environmental instructions, and ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards.
- Automate departmental work and reduce paper records.
- Work towards rationalizing departmental overhead expenses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry specialization) or Science (Chemistry specialization).
- Minimum of two years of practical experience in production planning within manufacturing plants.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good command of computer skills and software relevant to job tasks.
