Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team at K-Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure demand is met efficiently. This role plays a key part in improving supply chain operations and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and operational capacities.
- Analyze sales trends and stock levels to determine future demand and adjust plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to ensure material and product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and highlight any potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Provide regular planning reports and KPIs to management.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure alignment between planning data and ERP systems.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in planning or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
