Job Description
- Review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation of project. s.
- Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs applying knowledge of electricity and materials
- Studding offers in terms of technical & financial aspects and providing reports on related issues.
- Material submittal preparation in conjunction with quality & value
- Assist in introducing value engineering ideas where alternative solutions are proposed to reduce costs without compromising functionality.

- Submitting elec. and light current. shop drawings as built and coordinate with different parties in addition to consultants in that respect.
- Following-up & Supervise contractors during project ensuring full respect to specifications and standards.
- Ensure that all technical documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all technical documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Identify and address any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Reviewing statements provided by contractors according to progress on the Ground.
- Respect project time schedules & implementation plans.
- Participating in initial & final and-over committees for finalizing the projects.
- Making SFR, ELEC. ITEMS QS & Invoices & oversees elec. QS & invoices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Office preferably in MEP projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English language
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software
