AI/ML Engineer (NLP Specialist)
We're seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with NLP expertise to join our company (SAS Partner). In this role, you'll develop and implement cutting-edge natural language processing solutions that power our platform and deliver exceptional value to our partners.
About the Role
As our NLP Specialist, you'll work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and product development, turning complex language data into actionable insights and features. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and maintain NLP models that enhance our core product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and other language tasks
- Implement machine learning pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying NLP models
- Work with large language datasets to improve model accuracy and performance
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and apply relevant techniques
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and data quality
- Document model architectures, training procedures, and evaluation metrics
Job Requirements
- 1 – 2 Years of Professional Experience
- Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals and techniques
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/NLP libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures for NLP tasks
- Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques for text data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
- Background in information retrieval or search technologies
- Experience with multilingual NLP applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Computational Linguistics, or related field
