Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team focused on developing an advanced AI-driven behavior analysis platform. You will work on cutting-edge technologies involving computer vision, machine learning, and edge AI, aimed at detecting and analyzing human behaviors in real-time across different environments such as schools, hospitals, and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI models for human behavior detection, classification, and analysis
Implement and optimize computer vision algorithms for video feeds (e.g., face detection, posture analysis, activity recognition)
Collaborate with frontend/backend engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into the platform
Work on real-time inference pipelines, potentially using edge AI devices (e.g., Jetson Nano, Coral)
Annotate and preprocess video datasets for supervised and semi-supervised learning
Continuously improve model accuracy, reduce false positives/negatives, and ensure robustness in various environments
Contribute to the platform’s AI ethics and privacy-by-design principles

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
Strong experience in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Hands-on experience with OpenCV, YOLO, MediaPipe, or similar computer vision libraries
Solid understanding of machine learning, CNNs, RNNs, and behavior recognition techniques
Familiarity with deploying AI models on edge devices or within cloud environments
Ability to work with large datasets, video streams, and annotation tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with real-time systems or video analytics platforms
Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning or Agentic AI frameworks
Familiarity with data protection, GDPR, or privacy-centric AI development
Prior experience in education, healthcare, or security tech sectors
