Job Description
- Proven track recording of managing multiple retail outlets across Egypt with responsibility over staff, system, inventory management and the physical layout of the shops.
- Capable to develop business and monitor market dynamics.
- Result-oriented with excellent analytical capabilities.
- High level of organization and compliance abilities.
- Got experience with dealing with the employees, traders and users.
- Experience in managing stocks.
- Experience in creating KPI’s, measures, annual plans, sales strategy.
- Experience in managing more than one shop in different areas.
Job Requirements
- +15 years of experience.
- Experience in managing showrooms more than 10 years.
- Excellent level of English in both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel.
- MBA certificate will be a plus.
