Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, MS Office).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
