Job Description
- Perform daily quality control checks on production and packaging processes to ensure product safety and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Record and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to the relevant teams.
- Monitor production lines to verify that products meet established standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve immediate quality issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality control documentation.
- Support continuous monitoring of packaging to ensure consistency and high standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a quality and packaging engineering , preferably within the manufacturing or glass industry, inclouding inspection, Defect analysis, and packaging optimization.
- Understanding of lean and six sigma.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in using quality tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
