Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the designated territory. - Channel Management:
Oversee sell-in to distributors and drive sell-out through retail partners to maximize market penetration. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealers, key accounts, and retailers, to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business. - Business Development:
Identify and onboard new customers to expand market reach and enhance brand presence. - Customer Support Coordination:
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints by liaising with after-sales and service teams. - Trade Promotion Execution:
Support the rollout of trade marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and installment offers to boost sales. - Inventory Monitoring:
Track and manage stock levels at dealer warehouses using PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) monitoring tools to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.
Job Requirements
