About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role is centered on empowering our sales force by designing and implementing comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing sales strategies and fostering a deep understanding of our home and electrical appliances to drive business growth and elevate team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver specialized training programs to improve the sales skills and product knowledge of our team.

Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on guides, to support learning initiatives.

Conduct engaging workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure our sales professionals are equipped with the latest knowledge on product features and benefits.

Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and create targeted training solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to motivate the sales team and ensure their continuous development.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the electrical appliances sector.

Collaborate with sales management to align training strategies with broader business goals and market dynamics.

Job Requirements

+5 years of proven experience as a sales trainer or sales professional, with a focus on home appliances industry.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical information and present it effectively to a diverse audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and design relevant training programs.
Excellent presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using presentation software and other training technologies.
A results-driven mindset and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
