Job Description
▪ Develop strong and professional relationships with customer's operations, commercial, technical, and purchasing personnel to build up a long-term partnership.
▪ Assist in the identification of product application to various additional market sectors such as specific projects in the assigned regions.
▪ Utilize knowledge of potential market, applications, distribution channels to support the top management with the right pricing strategy and positioning of the traded materials.
▪ Develop account sales that meet the sales targets set by the company by actively participate in sales meetings and other scheduled events.
▪ Compile market information to validate sales targets and sales margin (supported by sales manager).
▪ Negotiate agreements with customers to attain the highest possible unit selling prices and profits by providing technical support to customers with inquiries regarding their purchases.
▪ Responsible for sales of cement and other building materials in the respective region through trader network and direct sales.
▪ Ability to work across department lines (Operations, finance etc) to effectively provide total customer solutions.
▪ Manage customer expectations of the product ordering and delivery process, credit agreement and payment terms and contribute to account receivables.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a sales engineer in building material or similar role.
• Min of 5 years of experience after graduation (at least 2 years in sales)
• BSc/BA in civil or architectural engineering.
