Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team remotely from Egypt to work for our company based in Dubai. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel planning and booking services to our clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Plan and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as necessary.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and reservation systems, and outbound holidays package.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience working remotely and across different time zones.
