Job Description
We are looking for a Travel Agent based in Egypt to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selecting suitable hotel options based on client requirements and handling all aspects of the hotel booking process
• Search, compare, and select hotels according to client preferences and budget.
• Make hotel reservations using various booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, TBO, RateHawk, Agoda, etc.).
• Communicate with hotels or suppliers to confirm availability and handle special requests.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize full travel packages.
• Maintain records of bookings and client preferences.
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or travel agency operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with online booking tools and OTA platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the tourism industry in the GCC is a plus.
• Must be based in Egypt and able to work remotely.
