Job Description
- Provide critical support throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale follow-up. Additionally, assist in running and monitoring marketing campaigns focused on up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients, and follow up on sales proposals to help close more deals.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to their questions, resolving account issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll also work with our vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle Order Processing & Sales Reporting. Accurately process incoming orders via phone and email, including verifying the solution bill of quantities, prices, and discounts, while keeping accurate records of sales activities, including leads, calls, and conversions, and regularly reporting progress to sales management.
- Maintain our CRM and other internal systems. You'll be responsible for accurate sales records and preparing reports for both the sales and finance departments. You'll also use customer data to identify new sales opportunities and optimize our outreach efforts.
- Work closely with the marketing, technical, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and email outreach, to build a robust sales pipeline. Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role. Experience in a remote setting is a major plus.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
- CRM Software Familiarity: Experience with a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
