Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes organizational values and a high-performance culture.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a human resources management or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment law.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
