Job Description

Job Purpose:Responsible of all internal communication initiatives, including content creation and strategy execution through all primary communication delivery forms, including print, digital and video. And assist with development of RCU culture, departmental content and the dissemination of all related communication to RCU employees.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:1- Writing all RCU communication content, including news on events, and other corporate culture-enhancing in the internal announcements or our internal website.2- Managing RCU-wide communication, which will involve interfacing with multiple diverse departments throughout the RCU.3- Managing, updating and enhancing all company presentations and Communication/Editorial.4- Editing and proofreading all internal and external communication.5- Analyze the effectiveness of internal communication messages, tools and channels, and continuously identify improvements to the communication strategy in order to ensure that communication is focused on driving business results.6- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.Job Requirements:Academic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related degree (Masters Preferred)Work Experience:8 years of relevant experienceOther Requirements:• Written and Oral proficiency of English language.• Excellent communication skills• Considerable knowledge of public relations practices and techniques.
