Job Description

  • Carry out all personnel activities, policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date filing system for the employees' records (employees files), both paper and computer based.
  • Monitor and maintain an up-to-date record for all employees’ attendance, absence levels in each department and provide statistical data to managers in relation to these.
  • Implement / monitor all required personnel procedures relating to employees' terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with Egyptian legal requirements and best practice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date current and historical payroll date of employees and ensure keeping the data in a safe and secure place.
  • Manage the timely distribution of employee's payroll slips (or e-slips).
  • Prepare, monitor and administer payroll on monthly basis in the payroll system.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date record of all payrolls related transactions (overtime, tax, benefits, other entitlements, loans, salary advance, deductions, etc.), and reflect the related financial transactions in the monthly payroll report.
  • Maintain confidentiality on employee’s payroll related information and data.
  • Keep track of leave time for employees such as vacation, sick, absences
  • Open new bank accounts for new hires and facilitate personal bank loans.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Professional certification in Human Resource Management is preferred (SHRM or CIPD).
  • MS Office applications
  • Orcel or SAP user 
  • Written and spoken fluency in Arabic & English languages.
