Job Description

The Operations' executive is expected to:

  • Handle projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks
  • Manage Operations for strategic projects' accounts.
  • Conduct sales activities through enrollment process.
  • Meet clients and solve their problems.
  • Travel to different locations/organizations to follow up on workflow.
  • Supervision and Event planning for more than one project.
  • Finalizing deals in face to face sales' meetings.
  • Update daily interview schedule with scheduled appointments for inquiries.
  • Enter and manage customer information on CRM.
  • Prepare invoices, collect customer payments.
  • Prepare reports and required documents.
  • Manage material inventory.

Shifts:

  • 8 working hours.
  • 6 days a week- Fridays off.
  • Work Locations available: Maadi

Job Requirements

The perfect candidate should:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in any major (A MUST)
  • 6-10 years experience in the field of sales/retail.
  • Have a good command of written & spoken English language.
  • Have the ability to work in a team.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure as he/she will have face-to-face interactions with the clients.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have excellent sales skills.
  • Work professionally with excel
  • Have a proper operations background
  • Be flexible as the job requires to travel within Egypt (preferably have a car)
  • Have Adaptability, positive attitude and presentability.
