Job Description
Job Purpose:
To supervise and manage all accounting activities within the factory, including financial reporting, budgeting, cost monitoring, and compliance with financial regulations. The Accounts Manager ensures accurate financial records and provides insights to support effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the accounting team and oversee daily financial operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Manage the budgeting process and track factory expenses and performance.
Control and analyze production costs, raw material usage, and labor expenses.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all factory financial transactions.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Develop and implement effective internal control systems.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and production-related financial processes.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
