You'll play a critical role in building our high-performing teams by identifying and attracting the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted research and proactively source passive candidates for key positions across diverse disciplines.
-Develop compelling candidate profiles and presentations that showcase the unique value of our company and each open role.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify optimal candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and headhunting.
- create the job description for new rules and update the existing J.Ds if needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as recruitment specialist including at least 1 year in executive search and headhunting, preferably within the fitness field and software field
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in senior-level positions.
- Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling candidate profiles and presentations.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box and proactively identify hidden talent.
- A passion for building relationships and a genuine desire to connect people with the right opportunities.
