Job Description

Job Responsibilities

·       Traveling throughout an assigned territory to explore new projects.

·       Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports Company revenue and profit targets.

·       Monitor and contribute in the execution of activities conducted on clients’ sites.

·       Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential Contractors to maintain and increase the company competitiveness across the market.

·       Conduct field visits to the company’s listed contractors to sort out all problems that are related to the Project Sales department and that are hindering

·       Manage and enhance the clients’ list through conducting calls, emphasizing connections and conducting sales activities; adding more clients to the list and managing existing ones.

·       Provide technical support to the Project sales Specialist in cases of occurring issues.

·       Conducting quarterly surveys to better understand customer needs.

·       Follow up and monitor the competitors’ statuses and their updates in the market through conducting market studies; either through the reports received from the Sales Specialist , through field visits, through phone calls follow ups or through assigned competitor in tenders or projects.

·       Conduct quarterly surveys to identify the company pricing positing in market.

·       Responsible for payment collections

·       Request Management approval with purchasing conditions for approving Credit Purchasing contract. Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in any field.

·       Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Projects outdoor sales or account management.

·       Own a Car is a Must

·       Professional Knowledge & Skills

·       ERP user

·       Communication skills.

·       Research and analysis skills.

·       Negotiation skills.

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Presentation skills.

·       Reporting skills.

·       Language Proficiency

·       Good English

·       Arabic

Work Condition:

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Weekends: Friday & Saturday are off
  • Working Hours: 9 hours flexible
  • Location: Maadi
